Key Responsibilities:
Enforcing the plant’s safety and environmental regulations, organizing safety trainings and education programs.
Conducting regular safety inspections, identifying and addressing potential hazards.
Supervising manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
Overseeing wastewater, emissions, and waste management; preparing and approving environmental impact assessments.
Implementing energy-saving initiatives and improving energy efficiency.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
Proficiency in English as a working language.
Hold intermediate or senior occupational health and safety qualification certificate;
Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Management field;
3 years of relevant work experience in a plant is preferred.
Basic knowledge of office software, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
