About the Role:
At Opella, we are looking for a talent and motivated Finance Partner who will be leading and managing our External Manufacturing sites. As a Finance Partner, you’ll be driving and managing Opella’s External Manufacturing successes and making a significant impact to our operations and industry. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping strategies and initiatives that span across multiple continents. We are recruiting for someone that is highly passionate about working within a Finance community at Opella that is willing to learn, develop and exceed in working with our external manufactory partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Standardization: Map current transversal processes to identify opportunities for standardization and simplification.
  • Performance Analysis: Perform monthly analysis of performance, comparing actuals against forecasts for all External Manufacturing Consumer Healthcare Hubs.
  • Monthly Closing Activities: Manage monthly closing activities, including accruals review, expenditure reclassification, and detailed analysis.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory valuation, write-offs, and destruction approval workflows.
  • Budget and Forecast Support: Aid in the financial forecast elaboration and support data collection and consolidation.
  • Intercompany Contract Management: Monitor and support financial aspects of intercompany and third-party contracts.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years in finance or controlling, with exposure to cost/management accounting.
  • Demonstrate a strong analytical mindset, proactiveness, and business-orientation thinking.
  • Have advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Be familiar with financial tools such as TM1 and SAP.
  • Have the ability to map processes and perform financial analysis.
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
  • Be fluent or professional capabilities speaking and written in English.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, organize, manage, and prioritize deadlines, with a continuous improvement mindset.
