About the job:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Finance Performance Partner to support our CHC Marketing & Sales Procurement and Finance teams. In this high-impact role, you will manage a €1.5 billion scope across Advertising & Promotion and Indirect Costs (Digital, Sciences, Distribution, Services, etc.). You will be a key driver of financial performance, aligning procurement and finance strategies to deliver sustainable value and support Opella’s growth ambitions.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the Fuel to Growth (FTG) process, coordinating a network of 85+ users across Procurement and Finance.
• Drive performance tracking, forecasting, and savings planning in collaboration with leadership teams.
• Influence and challenge stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, and Business functions.
• Identify spend optimization opportunities and support sourcing strategies.
• Ensure alignment between procurement performance and financial reporting (P&L, cash, working capital).
• Maintain and enhance the FTG PowerBI tool, including user training and support.
• Support the development and testing of the final FTG tool as a key Power User.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reviews to senior leadership (CFO/CEO).
• Ensure consistency in data, tools, and processes in line with FMCH standards. 

About you:

• 10–20 years in Finance, Controlling, Performance Analysis, or Procurement.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to manage pressure and prioritize effectively.
• Autonomous, structured, and agile in complex environments.
• Creative problem-solver with a collaborative mindset.
• Results-driven with a strong focus on financial performance.
• Solid understanding of ERP and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, TM1, Sievo).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in PowerBI and Microsoft Office.
