What we expect
The TK Elevator Group is building up a Solution Center Europe (SCE) in Budapest, Hungary where selected Finance and HR activities are bundled for the European businesses. With this step, the company aims to harmonize processes, making them faster, more agile, and cost efficient, in order to deliver the best value to customers. In your new role you will make an important contribution to this development:
- You will support the establishment and strategic development of a mid-scale SSC.
- You will manage transitions from the countries to Budapest (including preparation and stabilization).
- You will support the Finance teams in the SCE to implement cross-country standard processes.
- You will play an active role in the introduction of new technologies to drive the digital transformation.
- You will be part of the Financial Community in Europe Africa and work closely together with our international Finance colleagues.
- You will support PMO tasks, e.g keeping track of the business case, regularly report on the overall program status to key program stakeholders or keep track on the transition project plan.
- You will develop and conduct trainings and workshops in the countries and promote best practice sharing.
What we are looking for:
- You have successfully completed university degree preferably in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- As baseline, you gained 2-5 years of operational experience in the finance business services sector. Your hands-on experience of one or more of these processes: MDM/P2P/O2C/R2R enable you to grasp complex issues quickly and advise solutions.
- Additionally, you have built up minimum of 2+ years of successful experience in managing international transition projects and certified in one of the project methodologies (eg. Lean Six Sigma, Prince2, Agile, Scrum; etc.) which you can apply in practice.
- You lead by example a cross-functional collaboration, create a motivating working atmosphere and actively drive changes to support the transformation journey towards improved, standardized and leaned processes.
- You actively engage in collaboration with the business and stakeholders to develop a professional relationship.
- You are a team player, are flexible and willing to travel within Europe.
- Professional fluency in English and excellent MS Office knowledge.
- Knowledge of German, French or Spanish languages is of advantage.
