You’ll follow the money, investigate suspicious activity, and protect millions of customers — while working with a smart, friendly team that actually builds better systems from what we learn.
What you’ll do
- Investigate AML alerts using internal + external information
- Analyse payment behaviour and patterns
- Request/review supporting documents and build clear case narratives
- Make judgement calls, escalate where needed, and file reports per process
- Share feedback with product/engineering to improve how Wise works
You’ll love this if you are…
- Fluent in English (written + spoken)
- Naturally curious, sharp, and comfortable “following the money”
- Detail-obsessed, logical, and confident in making decisions
- Calm under pressure and great at prioritising
- A team player who can also own cases end-to-end
- AML/investigations experience is a plus (but not required)
