We are looking for a visionary, high-impact Focus Factory Leader to lead one of our manufacturing value steams. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for ensuring smooth operations, people leadership, performance, compliance and strategic development. YOUR MISSION 
As Focus Factory Leader, you will ensure world-class vaccine/biological product manufacturing performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost and people development. You will lead a large, multidisciplinary organization in a matrix structure and drive continuous improvement, operational excellence and sustainable growth.  

YOUR DAY TO DAY 
Key Responsibilities  

• Full ownership of the end-to-end value stream and operational performance  
• Lead manufacturing, supply chain integration, quality, safety compliance and cost efficiency  
• Guarantee GMP, EHS and regulatory compliance  
• Drive continuous improvement, Lean culture and operational excellence  
• Build and execute mid- and long-term operational and business strategy  
• Lead and develop a large, high-performing leadership team  
• Budget ownership, and financial performance management  
• Represent the value steam in audits, inspections and corporate projects 
• Talent development, succession planning and leadership pipeline building  

Leadership Scope  

• Large, complex organization (80+ employees)  
• Direct leadership of managers 
• Strong matrix cooperation with quality, engineering, supply chain, HR and corporate functions

WHAT YOU WILL BRING 

• MSc or BSc in Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, Veterinary, Chemistry or related field  
• Minimum 5+ years senior leadership experience in pharma/biotech/chemical/food manufacturing  
• Strong GMP and regulated manufacturing environment experience  
• Proven people leadership and organizational development capability  
• Flexible thinker with strong execution mindset  
• Financial acumen (budgeting, controlling, P&L understanding)  
• Experience in Lean, operational excellence and transformation projects  
• Project management experiense 
• Excellent English communication skills  

DESIRABLE 

• Knowledge of GMP regulations 
• Pharmaceutical background
