The D365 Country Key User is the “go to” person for all questions and issues relating to Dynamics 365 Sales (D365), Experlogix, connected applications, and key sales and business processes. They will act as the intermediary between the country management, sales teams, Sales Operations, Sales Processes, and IT organizations. Ultimately, the role drives efficiency and productivity in the sales teams through system utilization and process improvement.
This role requires a self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. The key user will need to have expertise in D365, prior experience in a service or support role, and a strong understanding of business processes. The ability to present and deliver training to sales teams is essential.

· Training and Support
o Plan and deliver the initial and on-going training for the sales teams
o Create and maintain any country-specific training documentation required
o Support users with “how to” questions and “it’s not working” issues
o Troubleshoot problems, diagnose issues and identify bugs and defects
o Create Cases or Tickets on behalf of a user or assist the user in creating a Case or Ticket
o Resolve system issues and provide initial response to the user or customer
· User Adoption, Continuous Improvement and Change Management
o Participate and assist in activities to drive user adoption of D365
o Solicit feedback from the sales teams, gather and submit new requirements for continuous improvements
o Work with the geo key user to proactively provide feedback to the WW Sales Processes team
o Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required
o Provide proactive communication to country management and sales teams about new D365 functionality, changes and known issues
o Close the loop with users by communicating back to them the decisions or actions made upon their request
Requirements:
· University degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields
· Experience in Sales Support, IT, Finance, or Sales
· Experience in communication and teamwork within a multicultural environment
· Be proactive in resolving issues and delivering business solutions
· Analytical skills to capture business requirements and deliver relevant reporting
· Ability to be a global team player, communicate and work well in a collaborative environment
· Strong problem solving, critical thinking
· Able to communicate both verbally and in writing with international contacts, various departments (sales, IT especially) and external customers
· Advanced Excel skills required
· CRM system knowledge such as Microsoft D365 or Salesforce
· SAP experience is a preference
· Excellent verbal and written English and German language knowledge required
