Job Description:
Define Insurance strategy and drive the implementation on Global level
Creating plan for future organization structure and establish and transparent and aligned processes, policies and ensured to be followed
Being business partner of different stakeholder groups – internal and external – and drive, own and improve the insurance agenda of the company (for the whole Group)
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other key industry stakeholders
Adapting to changing market conditions and industry trends

Qualifications:
College or University degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration
Possession of relevant professional certifications such as CPCU, CIC, or ARM would be highly advantageous
At least 10 + years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on managing insurance operations and teams.
Previous experience in a leadership role is essential.
In-depth knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, claims management, and risk assessment.
Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance requirements is necessary.
Fluent English.
