How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead a team of 20+ quality inspectors, NDT inspectors, CMM programmers, engineers
• Supervision of the daily operation of the QM team to deliver on time in good quality
• Lead process and productivity improvement projects based on KPI’s and reported results
• Conduct regular meetings with customers to meet New Product Qualification and Customer Witness Points requirements
• Lead Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Action/Preventive action teams related to customer complaints and Non-Conformance costs
• Continuously develop the competencies of the QM team by trainings and follow-up on changes in technical specifications
• Support HC calculation and capacity planning processes

What You Bring

• Technical degree preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering
• English language on a conversational level, German knowledge is an advantage
• Min.1-3 years of experience in manufacturing process improvement, Lean activities, root cause analysis processes and quality tools
• Proven leadership skills
• Experience in multi-national environment
• Strong communication skills
• Motivated to improve and change the current processes
• Able to adapt to dynamically changing and complex processes
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience both in mass production and low-series production will be considered advantages
• SAP knowledge, programming experience is an advantage
