How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead a team of 20+ quality inspectors, NDT inspectors, CMM programmers, engineers
- Supervision of the daily operation of the QM team to deliver on time in good quality
- Lead process and productivity improvement projects based on KPI’s and reported results
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to meet New Product Qualification and Customer Witness Points requirements
- Lead Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Action/Preventive action teams related to customer complaints and Non-Conformance costs
- Continuously develop the competencies of the QM team by trainings and follow-up on changes in technical specifications
- Support HC calculation and capacity planning processes
What You Bring
- Technical degree preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering
- English language on a conversational level, German knowledge is an advantage
- Min.1-3 years of experience in manufacturing process improvement, Lean activities, root cause analysis processes and quality tools
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience in multi-national environment
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated to improve and change the current processes
- Able to adapt to dynamically changing and complex processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience both in mass production and low-series production will be considered advantages
- SAP knowledge, programming experience is an advantage
