Information Technology & Services company is looking for an HR Business Partner colleague.

Your tasks will be as an HR Business Partner:
• Help managers in defining job code/job description
• Advise management on offer/compensation package/prepare salary offer
• Manage purchase orders and invoices for recruiting agencies
• Drive onboarding process
• Drive exit process, including exit interview
• Regularly report attrition to management, analyze attrition reasons and recommend retention action plans
• Train managers/employees on process & tools/support them throughout the process
• Organise and prepare succession planning reviews
• Complete data if necessary/liaise with HRIS (HR Information Systems)
• Follow-up on job openings and approvals
• Prepare regular HR-related reports and analysis to management (headcount, attrition, etc)
• Prepare and keep employment related documents up-to-date
• Handle employment/employee legal topics, responsible for local labour law compliance
• Support audits
• Keep contact with local labour legal counsel
Nice to have:
• University/college degree or equivalent
• At least 3 years as an HR generalist in Hungary within a multinational company, in a matrix organisation
• Experience working in SSC environment would be an asset
• Excellent communication/written skills in English and Hungarian; another EU language would be an asset
• The ideal candidate should be flexible, adaptable, quick learner, independent, initiative taker, service oriented, wanting to make a difference and have a hands-on attitude
