We’re looking for you if

·       You have a relevant qualification (preferably a degree in HR)

·       You have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment

·       You enjoy actively managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage

·       You speak Hungarian and English confidently and are able to assess candidates’ English language skills

·       You are familiar with current labor market trends and recruitment methods, and proactively keep up with new developments

·       You are precise and committed to delivering high-quality work

·       You enjoy working in a team and brainstorming ideas together

·       You are flexible and adapt easily to a changing environment

·       You have proactive, can-do mindset with a solution-oriented approach

 

What You’ll Do:

·       Managing and executing full-cycle (end-to-end) recruitment processes

·       Developing and implementing multi-channel recruitment strategies, including both traditional and innovative methods: databases, social media, professional networks, referral programs, and targeted sourcing campaigns

·       Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

·       Sourcing, proactively identifying, and evaluating candidates

·       Organizing, conducting, and assessing interviews and selection processes, and preparing recommendations for decision-makers

·       Continuously improving and adapting recruitment methodologies in line with best practices

·       Building and maintaining a candidate database, and documenting the selection process

·       Supporting employer branding activities and participating in recruitment events (job fairs) and professional events

·       Maintaining communication between candidates and clients throughout the onboarding process

·       Continuously monitoring labor market trends and research

·       Supporting the HR Manager’s work (beyond recruitment-related tasks as well)
