Our partner is one of the worlds leading engineering, procurement, construction and project management companies. It provides its international partners with complete project management from planning, financing and construction to commissioning. They are currently working on production halls and greenfield investments in various cities of Hungary, and similar projects are also started in other parts of Europe. We are looking for an HR Generalist to join their expanding team.

REQUIREMENTS:

Normal daily working time (8:00 ∼ 17:00 / 1 Hour lunch break, 12:00~13:00)
Proactive, creative, and cooperative thinking
Excellent communication skills and Fluent in English
Preferred education: Human resources, Business Administration or a related field
Relevant knowledge in labour laws & regulations, contract management, recruitment process

MAIN TASKS:

□ Recruitment Coordination

Identify recruitment plans for the hiring needs, including job posts on different portals, keeping in touch with partnering headhunting companies, represent the company at job fairs and during the whole selection process to excel candidate experience, helping hiring managers with market info, interviews.
Manage the entire recruitment process to ensure compliance with the local labour laws and regulations.

□ Contract Management

Handling contract management for new employees, making amendmends such as changing employee’s contract period, salary changes, writing a warning letter if necessary, preparing a contract termination document, etc.
Monitor and keep up to date with changes in local labour laws, regulations and related issues. Prepare contract amendments and carry out legal reviews in line with the changes.

□ Planning & Adminisrative Task

Designing training programmes based on practical methods.
Create and manage a performance appraisal system that drives effective development, and establish retention strategies for qualified employees.
Establish HR related guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures.
