As an HR Intern, you will support the team with operational, administrative, and organizational tasks. In your new role, you will:
Provide administrative assistance to the HR team: create reports, charts, and presentations;
Organize files and office material;
Be responsible for the ordering of HR Services and administration of Purchase Orders in the relevant procurement systems;
Organize meetings and events: source and book meeting rooms and event locations, order catering, send out invites.
You are a great communicator with a strong customer orientation. You have good time management skills and you generate value with your ideas and solutions. You are not afraid of the administration.
You are best equipped for this position if you:
Are a student of Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent field;
Have a good command of MS Office tools, especially Excel and Powerpoint;
Are willing to develop your skills and knowledge;
Have a proactive personality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail;
Are fluent in English and Hungarian (both spoken and written form);
