IBM is looking for an experienced and talented Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The IAM team is responsible for the configuration and development of connections to the support large-scale global clients deploy and manage their IAM services. This role will provide you with an opportunity to deepen and develop expertise with identity and user access management risks and controls. You will bring a strong understanding of the business roles, JML processes, key business applications and key technical concepts around segregation of duties, and toxic combinations.
The ideal candidate is well-versed in identity management principles, able to design and deploy application integrations, implement best practice, and troubleshoot Level 2 and 3 issues. The engineer will support with application integration issues, patching and upgrading, day to day troubleshooting, etc.

What you will bring to the team:

– 3-5 years of experience in SailPoint or similar
– Experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g. Java, BeanShell, shell scripts, XML programming etc)
– Strong analytical skills and problem solving
– A high level of attention to detail
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships
– Even if you haven’t worked specifically with SailPoint, however you have an interest and are an amazing IAM tools specialist, we would still love to hear from you. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and aims to proactively drive and deliver improvements and new solutions, will be well suited to this role.
