Function:
-Reporting performance metrics on a periodic basis to the Customer stakeholders; engage with Customer and drive status report meetings; jointly work with the Customer to prioritize improvement opportunities; identify and assess service improvement opportunities
Identifying and assessing service improvement opportunities
-Participating and providing inputs for release planning
-Acting as the point of contact for the application, supporting service management / process related activities performed with relevant delivery data
-Being responsible for end-to-end services for the application cluster / portfolio being managed
-Coordinating with onsite and offshore teams as necessary during service delivery, including daily connect calls
-Following up with internal and external stakeholders (Customer and vendor liaison) to progress tickets to resolution

Your skills and qualifications:
-3-5 years of relevant experience
-Experience with automation/configuration management
-Hands on experience with Database management and languages (Oracle, SQL, MySQL)
-Knowledge in any programming language ( e.g Java, .Net)
-High level of experience with Windows 10 or higher operation systems, Microsoft Office and various browsers
-Experience with DevOPS process
-Willingness to do on-call support
-Good knowledge of ITIL framework
