We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated International MSE Lead Advisor to join our International Retail Directorate. This strategic role focuses on the development of the Micro and Small Enterprises (MSE) business line across OTP Group’s member banks in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The successful candidate will contribute to enhancing value propositions, improving operational efficiency, and increasing customer satisfaction throughout the Group.
We count on you in these tasks:
Drive the development and performance monitoring of the MSE business line across OTP Group’s international member banks
Contribute to group-wide initiatives and projects related to the MSE business line
Facilitate knowledge and best practice sharing among group entities
Actively participate in M&A projects and integration processes
Prepare group-level reports and support product and business development efforts
You are welcome to apply if you have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
3-5 years of relevant MSE experience in a commercial bank, consulting firm, or fintech company
Strong learning agility and adaptability
Excellent command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of a CEE language is a plus
Advanced presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical capabilities and structured thinking
Self-motivated, results-oriented attitude, and you are a collaborative team player
Proactive mindset with experience in project coordination and stakeholder engagement
Willingness to travel as needed
