As a Qualtrics Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Qualtrics platform, leveraging your expertise in JavaScript and integration. Your primary focus will be designing and implementing custom solutions, integrations, and enhancements to meet the organization’s requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

What You Will Do:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain custom solutions within the Qualtrics platform using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
Implement integrations between Qualtrics and other systems, such as CRM and other third-party platforms.
Create and customize survey templates, modules, and reports based on project needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Qualtrics platform and integrations.
Stay updated with the latest Qualtrics features and functionalities and recommend their effective utilization.
Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and performance optimization to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
Document technical specifications, development processes, and best practices.

What You Will Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Qualtrics Developer or similar role, with a strong understanding of the Qualtrics platform.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
Demonstrated experience in developing custom solutions within the Qualtrics platform.
Experience with integrating Qualtrics with other systems using APIs or webhooks.
Familiarity with survey design principles and best practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
