NIX, a global supplier of software engineering and IT outsourcing services, is looking for an IT Instructor/Mentor in its office in Budapest (Vaci Greens, 13th district). You’ll be part of a team of professionals who are ready to find the best tailor-made IT solutions for their multinational clients in various industries and solve complex problems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct teaching in groups with students.
- Mentor students.
- Create new IT courses from scratch (from the idea to the release) in cooperation with experts in various technical fields.
- Prepare curriculums and educational plans.
- Process and interpret the skills matrixes and requirements for candidates taught in these courses.
- Develop educational materials (theory, practice, tests, case studies).
- Implement modern educational technologies into corporate education.
- Gamify learning.
- Participate in improving NIX educational courses.
- Consult teachers on training issues.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Strong knowledge of Computer Science.
- Technical expertise in at least one of the following fields: Linux, DevOps, Java, .NET, JS, Python, Automation QA.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work with a large amount of information and educational materials.
- Planning, analysis, and structuring of incoming tasks .
- Proactive approach to task completion, flexibility, and multitasking.
- Ability to work both in a team and independently.
WILL BE A PLUS:
- Have at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Have experience as a mentor or technical expert in an IT company, vocational school, college or University.
- Have expertise in IT course development or IT training
- Familiarity with IT industry workflows
