KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for network, workspace services, cloud, and security solutions.

· Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and system backups.

· Incident Management: Respond to and resolve IT incidents in a timely manner, escalating issues as necessary to higher-level support teams or vendors.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of systems, procedures, and configurations.

· Service desk Assistance: Assist end-users support with technical issues, inquiries, and requests related to IT services and systems.

· Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including network engineers, system administrators, cybersecurity specialists, and vendors to address technical challenges and implement solutions.

· Training and Development: Actively participate in training programs and self-study to expand knowledge and expertise in network, workspace services, cloud, and security solutions.

· Adaptability: Quickly adapt to changes in technology, processes, and procedures to support evolving business needs.

· Security Compliance: Adhere to security best practices and compliance standards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company data and systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).

· Familiarity with workspace services such as Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.

· Basic knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

· Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, etc.) are a plus.
