Introduction
We are looking for an IT Project Manager (Agile Software Development Project) to join the SAP Hungary team for a long-term project with remote work.
Start of the project: ASAP, in September
Tasks
Focus on „Follow up“ on the Sprints regularly „Follow up“ with Stakeholder
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Break down project work into manageable user stories and prioritize them using Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Facilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, and sprint reviews.
• Manage project scope and ensure adherence to Agile principles of iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and track project burn down rate.
• Maintain clear and concise project documentation, including user stories, product backlog, and sprint burndown charts.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Communicate project status and progress updates to stakeholders regularly.
• Identify and remove roadblocks that hinder team progress.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure high-quality software is delivered on time and within budget.
• Stay up-to-date on Agile methodologies and best practices.
Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development.
• Proven experience leading software development projects using Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in software development lifecycles (SDLC) is a plus.
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of software developers.
