NIX, a global supplier of software engineering and IT outsourcing services, is looking for a IT Recruiter in its office in Budapest (Vaci Greens, 13th district). You’ll be part of a team of professionals who are ready to find the best tailor-made IT solutions for their multinational clients in various industries and solve complex problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English (verbal and written, at least B2), knowledge of Ukrainian will be a plus.
Knowledge of the local IT market.
High-energy and passion.
Demonstrated ability to meet goals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive and creative approach to sourcing, headhunting.
Effective work under time pressure with changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

WILL BE A PLUS:
Work experience at recruitment agencies.
Knowledge of Ukrainian.
