About the job:
- Handle customer requests
- Understand customers’ needs, provide positive experience to maintain and improve customer satisfaction level
- Troubleshoot IT related issues
- Provide remote support (via phone, email, chat)
- Administartive tasks
About you:
- A high school diploma.
- Proficiency in Italian at a business level (working/support language).).
- English at a communication level (for interviews, training, and internal communication)
- Previous experience in customer service
