NIX Tech, a global supplier of software engineering and IT outsourcing services, is looking for a Junior General QA Engineer in its office in Budapest (Váci Greens, 13th district). You’ll be part of a team of professionals who are ready to find the best tailor-made IT solutions for their multinational clients in various industries and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities:
– Communication with customers
– Analyzing requirements and systems
– Compiling and passing checklists
– Testing web services
– Developing and maintaining automated scripts for UI/API
– Analyzing results
– Creating bug reports, for which you will need knowledge of the functionality of the product being tested and the subject area

You will be successful in this role if you have:
– English on the level of reading technical documentation and participating in daily Scrum meetings
– Understanding the development and testing methods and technologies
– Basic knowledge of any programming language (Java / Python / JS / C# / Groovy)
– Basic knowledge of automation tools (WebDriver, Geb, Postman, Jmeter)
– Knowledge of BDD/Gherkin, SpecFlow, and selenium is a plus
– Ability to quickly switch between tasks
– Competent writing and speaking skills(English)
