KYC Operations Associate Analyst

You’ll be at the front line of onboarding – verifying customers and making sure every record is spot on. You’ll protect the integrity of our platform and help millions move money safely, all while helping us build better, smoother systems
What you’ll do
- Conduct CDD and EDD checks on customers
- Verify identity docs, company registries, and business structures
- Analyze transaction history to spot risks and behavior patterns
- Make confident, risk-based decisions and escalate when needed
- Communicate clearly with customers to get the right info
- Share feedback with the team to improve how Wise works
