The SAP SuccessFactors Technical Lead is a challenging and rewarding role blending systems administration / configuration with product ownership to support our Dealer Training strategy, processes and tools.

You will be collaborating with functional teams to analyse and optimise existing business processes and workflows with the SAP SuccessFactors system. This is a chance to enjoy not just a technical role but the opportunity to communicate and build relationships with key stakeholders. We want you to be pro-active and enjoy getting stuck into working effectively both independently and with others.

What You Will Do:
Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to the SAP SuccessFactors system, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on end-users
Brainstorm and work on change management strategies and plans to support SAP SuccessFactors projects and initiatives
Identify and engage stakeholders to ensure involvement, understanding and buy-in throughout the change process
Provide technical expertise and guidance on system configuration, integrations and customization to meet business requirements
Provide recommendations for system enhancements, upgrades and new module implementations
