Join our Team and advance your career as a Lead Credit Collection Analyst- Polish Speaking

In charge of collections activity for the relevant portfolio supported by the team to ensure trade debtor balances are tightly controlled and compliant to the Downstream Credit Policy. This includes regular contact with internal and external stakeholders in order to reach yearly goals and targets.

In this role You will:

Allocation of incoming payments including Direct Debit allocation
Monitoring of open and overdue items
Support preparation of documents and adjustments for monthly, quarterly and year-end close
Dealing with returned funds, deductions and other differences
Preparation of ERP reports
Monitor / verify modified master data
Preparation of other credit control reports as required
Query handling and monitoring
Coordinate the Credit Control analyst team
Coordinate with Credit analysts the block / unblock actions to be taken with the customers
Leading other Credit Control Analysts on daily operations acting as first point of contact
Support Line Manager in all projects, systems implementations, strategic topics and any ad hoc activities needed

What You will need to be successful:

Fluency in English AND Polish languages
Previous credit control / cash collection or customer service experience (2+ years)
Any kind of College Degree or Economics (High School) or equivalent experience
Able to deal with complex situations while maintaining the right balance of customer and business focus
Able to produce consistently high quality information within tight deadlines
