We are currently looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to join the team.

Main Responsibilities:

– Participate in the development and delivery of new features across both front-end and back-end, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

– Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, business analysts, architects, and DevOps.

– Participate in Scrum events and propose process improvements.

– Ensure code quality through reviews and mentoring.

– Identify and resolve system-wide issues to improve performance.

– Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

Leadership & Team Management:

– Lead and mentor the development team, maintaining motivation and high-quality output.

– Promote a collaborative and productive team environment with low attrition.

– Facilitate agile ceremonies and support smooth delivery processes.

– Set clear goals and ensure consistent team velocity.

Technical Leadership:

– Own the technical design of business features and validate with architects.

– Lead hands-on development for both back-end and front-end.

– Recommend architectural improvements for performance, scalability, and security.

– Drive Clean Code practices and monitor code quality metrics.

Stakeholder Engagement:

– Work closely with product owners, architects, and other stakeholders.

– Collaborate with other Team Leads to ensure alignment across teams.

Requirements:

– Expert proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core Web API.

– Deep knowledge of Entity Framework and database optimization.

– Experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript.

– Proven unit testing experience.

– Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.

– Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, and design patterns.

– Docker experience.

– Strong CI/CD understanding (Azure DevOps preferred).

– Experience with Azure Services or certifications.

– Strong UML or modeling methodology skills.

– English B2+.

– Bachelors or masters in a relevant field.

– Proven team leadership experience.

– Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Would be a Plus:

– Experience with distributed systems and message brokers.

– Commodity trading or complex domain experience.

– Security best practices knowledge.

– Experience combining Team Lead & Scrum Master roles.

– Experience creating technical designs.
