Job Description

As a manufacturing digitalization team lead you will be responsible for the IT Applications closely related to the manufacturing environment. You are a lead of business analysts, solution architects and product owners who responsible for MES systems, our OEE system, SAP PP and SAP PM. You are responsible to define, plan and realize the Application Roadmap in close alignment with your team and stakeholders.
You must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and be committed to continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

At least 3+ years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in automotive industry
Experience in working in virtual teams in multinational organizations.
Ability to absorb complex technical and creative concepts and communicate them effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Broad understanding of all aspects of information systems and deep understanding in manufacturing IT.
Profound knowledge in agile software development.
Good listener and communicator with superior organizational skills.
Effective coaching and mentoring skills.
Detail oriented and be able to handle work pressure.
Be able to work on own initiative.
Very good and effective communicator, fluent in English.
