NIX, a global supplier of software engineering and IT outsourcing services, is looking for a Marketing Manager in its office in Budapest (Vaci Greens, 13th district). You’ll be part of a team of professionals who are ready to find the best tailor-made IT solutions for their multinational clients in various industries and solve complex problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducting marketing research, creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Learning & Development Center and Recruitment.
• In cooperation with other departments planning and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote vacancies, IT courses, workshops, and other educational events.
• Participating in preparations and editing marketing content (e.g. articles, press releases, social media posts, video scripts etc.)
• Analysis of the effects of the campaign, the effectiveness of media activities and the effectiveness of promotional activities – preparation of reports.
• Participating in improving educational products and events.
• Monitoring trends, market data, conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses.
• Monitoring industry events and participation in fairs.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Relevant experience for at least of 1-2 years in marketing educational courses, educational events on the Hungarian market in B2C segment.
• Knowledge of content marketing techniques, direct marketing, social marketing, e-mail marketing, etc. in B2C.
• Proficiency in the use of marketing tools such as LinkedIn Ads, X-Ads and marketing automation tools, analyzes tools.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Experience in cooperating with other business units and outsourcing marketing agencies in order to develop marketing campaigns.
• Fluent in English, Hungarian.

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Knowledge of Ukrainian language
