You will be responsible for the technical and organizational management of our Energy Storage projects. You coordinate an international mechanical design team responsible for our testing solutions. Leading all aspects of new product developments, from conception to release:
- Project management of the full life cycle: requirements, design, implementation, integration and delivery
- Project scheduling, resourcing and follow up (timing-budget-quality)
- Giving technical advice and support concerning design, material choice, production methods, prototyping,…
- Ensuring the successful transition from development to production
- Global contacts with customers, suppliers and subcontractors
- Reporting to the cross functional team lead
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electro-mechanics, Electronics, or Mechanics
- 1-3 years of experience in mechanical design
- Relevant work experience as project manager/ engineer is a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in tight deadlines
