NIX, a global supplier of software engineering and IT outsourcing services, is looking for a Medior Project Manager in its office in Budapest (Vaci Greens, 13th district). You’ll be part of a team of professionals who are ready to find the best tailor-made IT solutions for their multinational clients in various industries and solve complex problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working together with the client on their requirements.
Understanding priorities.
Focusing on maximum transparency when working with stakeholders.
Creating the project schedule.
Risk identification, creation, and regular monitoring of risk registers.
Budget tracking and forecasting costs.
Creation, management, and monitoring of communications.
Transferring requirements to the backlog of understandable and estimable project tasks.
Preparing release/sprint plans.
Supporting constant stakeholder engagement and feedback.
Working with network diagrams and roadmaps.
Continuous implementation of improvements aimed at delivering more value and improving product quality.
Control of team’s capacity (days off and sick leave, holidays).

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Two-year experience in IT project management.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Solid knowledge of SDLC.
Agile mindset and experience with Agile methodologies.
Desire to help the client and solve their problem.
Willingness to engage in continuous improvement and contribute to the project.
Desire to motivate your colleagues by your example.
Commitment to knowledge sharing.

WILL BE A PLUS:
Being familiar with Cloud Platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) basics concepts;
Being familiar with the basics concepts of distributed computing approaches, patterns, and technologies;
Basic knowledge of basic concepts of non-relational databases (MongoDB)
Experience with any orchestration tools (Airflow, Talend, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, etc.)
