NIX, a global supplier of software engineering and IT outsourcing services, is looking for an Medior React Developer in its office in Budapest (Vaci Greens, 13th district). You’ll be part of a team of professionals who are ready to find the best tailor-made IT solutions for their multinational clients in various industries and solve complex problems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development of web applications across various domains with a focus on scalability and web security.
- Providing technical support in existing projects, applying best practices in web application architecture.
- Conducting code reviews in project codebases.
- Participating in project estimations, applying principles and methodologies to solve diverse challenges.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- 3+ years of commercial experience.
- Experience with cross functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Knowledge of WCAG and ARIA standards.
- Ability to write readable and scalable code using React.
- Experience implementing ARIA attributes and accessibility (a11y) best practices in React applications.
- Knowledge of design patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.).
- Ability to review other people’s code.
- Understanding of technical software development processes (gitflow, best practices).
- Experience in developing new functionality independently.
- Experience in writing Unit-tests.
- Hands-on experience with accessibility testing (Lighthouse, Axe).
WILL BE A PLUS:
- Experience with Next.js.
- Experience in client-side development for mobile devices.
- Experience in participating in new project launches.
