Then your place is here with us as a Digital Service Operation Team Lead based in Budapest MOL Campus.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the entire service portfolio of MOL Campus including amenity (as catering, fitness, private delivery, parking, workplace, etc.) & digital (as AV/VC technology, IDM, ticketing system, etc.) services and ensures service continuity including the control of external and internal service providers.
  • Manages the effective high-quality end-to-end service delivery; develops and operates unified measurement & control system, then supervises the measurement and assessment of the performance (including the direct and indirect elements and factors that influence it), proposes actions for improvement/development and implements them after approval.
  • Manages the definition of service levels, preparation of service/product visions, the elaboration of service descriptions, standards and processes, continuously updates these considering Customers’ feedback and possibilities of improvement.
  • Maintains customer and stakeholder relationships, engages with all MOL Campus tenant organization to ensure a collaborative and efficient approach and a swift response to all service requests. Provides quality assurance for proper customer management and also collects feedback for assessment. 
  • Defines KPIs, creates and presents regular reports to track and monitor the execution of the services according to the SLA and KPIs. Prepares benchmarking reports, analysis and supporting materials for decision making according to MOL Group internal regulations and having it approved.
  • Creates contracting strategies, supervises the execution of procurement processes comprehensively including the technical documentation preparation to ensure service continuity.
  • Contributes to the execution of all additional tasks during the progress which is needed for the successful building operation and service delivery or project implementation.

Main requirements:

  • Masters or bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience preferably with Facility/Service/Contract management and/or Customer Experience Management in a multinational environment
  • Experience in designing and improving customer experience through implementing new services is a plus
