In this role you will be responsible for :
Process orders entry, validation and booking in accordance with customer requirements
Ensure on-time order entry, validation and booking of customer orders
Screen and prioritize incoming requests received via email
Prepare shipping instructions, shipping documents, certificates and other required documents to ensure on-time delivery and meet customer expectations
Your profile:
Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, etc.
Ability to work 30-40 hours / week
Fluency in English is a must
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (mainly MS Excel and Outlook)
Eager to learn personality with a strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, work out and apply new ways of resolution
