Standszám:
Your tasks will be:
• monitoring the commercial services available at the airport (e.g. business loung-es, catering facilities) and checking the quality of services based on specified standards
• monitoring the value for money of commercial services
• identification of benchmark areas and monitoring of existing areas based on spec-ified standards
• carrying out regular mystery shopping
• recording and analysing data. Defining action plans, and discussing them with the relevant departments
• continuous liaison with commercial partners
• handling of passenger feedback
• passenger management and reporting
• preparing presentations
• organising annual training sessions for commercial tenants
Our requirements:
• College or university degree in marketing, communication or tourism
• 1-3 years work experience in customer/passenger care
• Minimum intermediate level English language usage on daily basis (Hungarian is a must)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Creativity and innovative mindset to enhance service development
• Be comfortable in overseeing data’s and charts
• Professional understanding of quality elements of passenger services
• Ability to communicate appropriately in person and in writing
• Customer-focused personality
