Job description
As a Process Engineer for Soldering Technologies, you will:

Provide technical support to an inline production line (solder paste printing ,SPI, oven, packing) ensuring the continuous operation of machines to achieve site KPI’s (quality, volume, cost);
Create and maintain programs and profiles on the equipment;
Supporting factory maintenance personnel with the troubleshooting and repair of process equipment;
Maintain and improve the process capability of production facilities to ensure quality and productivity;
Exploring process optimization and development opportunities, active participation in implementation;
Error analysis and determination of causes of errors;
Create, edit, and maintain necessary documentation (instructions, descriptions, flowchart, etc.).
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

BSc/MSc degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering or similar field;
Between 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in the electronics/semiconductor industry (SMT);
Experience in SMT soldering processes and camera systems would be an advantage;
Understanding of quality tools / processes (PFMEA, control plans, error proofing processes/fixtures, MSA, SPC, Cpk analysis);
Intermediate Hungarian and English knowledge (both written and verbal). German skills would be an advantage;
A self-starter and team player mindset;
The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
