AGCO is looking to hire a candidate for the position of Product Solution Specialist – Customer Facing to work within the Customer Data Product Team

The role of the Product Solution Specialist – Customer Facing is to be the technical and functional expert for all Customer Data Product Teams Customer Facing Functionality.

The role owns the digital product as a “Spokesperson, a super user, and a sparring partner of usability for all relevant markets the product is deployed in. The roles task is to oversee the latest digital product updates or changes and communicates regularly with the OneDigital development team to be aware of user feedback, new enhancements, and details.

Ensuring Data Privacy is a key objective for this role to AGCOs customer data collected, stored and consumed appropriately and legally.

What You Will Do:
Support e-Learning courses and understanding of digital tool product features both for internal and external users
Run workshops with corporate team and delivering training sessions
Accompany dealer visits and supporting product demos
Promote digital solutions and its advantages
Support internal and external facilitators during dealer visits
Contact dealers and customers to solve technical issues.
Supporting internal and external users
Facilitating internal and external workshops and trainings
Solving internal and external product issues
Support Testing efforts as part of product development.
Transferring user feedback to the digital product team.

What You Will Bring:
2 + years of relevant business experience
Technical or Digital Trainee Background
A clear understanding of Data Privacy
Exposure to and working in an international business
Good presentation and technology skills
Background in agriculture, digital marketing and/or related digital areas
Good proficiency in English communication
