is looking for a full-time Recruitment Control Administrative Assistant in Budapest.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an Administrative Assistant in the Recruitment Control team, you will provide process support, administrative and data support, in particular in relation to the control of recruitment processes. In order to increase the satisfaction of the recruitment process, you will regularly collect data on the recruitment process, follow up on recruitment actions and monitor possible stoppages.
KEY TASKS:
- To increase the satisfaction of the recruitment process, regularly collect data on recruitment processes, monitor recruitment actions and follow up on possible stalls
- Collect and analyse data from different sources
- Learn about the recruitment support system, collect data on selection processes, maintain in Excel spreadsheet
- Analyse and interpret recruitment data to identify opportunities for optimisation and areas for efficiency gains
- Produce ad-hoc reports
EXPECTATIONS:
- University degree
- Min. 1 year of administrative experience
- Knowledge of HR processes, experience in the field of education an advantage
- Microsoft Office,
- English at a conversational level
- Knowledge of a recruitment support system an advantage
