Job Purpose
The role has primary responsibility for overseeing Sales Force Effectiveness strategy and performance for OTC products. Leading and executing a range of SFE initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of OTC sales. This will result in the increased sales, best in class sales team performance tracking, maintain our competitive advantage in the market and help to achieve our commercial objectives.
A person on this position will be exposed to a very dynamic environment, working in close partnership with regional & local business team members.
Key Results/Accountabilities
Build and implement innovative solutions to maintain and enhance the effectiveness of the sales department
Monitor and analyse team performance on multiple quantitative and qualitative KPIs and provides conclusive reports and recommendations.
Implement decisions Increasing the effectiveness of field forces through regular complex analysis, optimization of business processes, the use of effective tools and techniques to manage SF
Maintain best in class sales team performance tracking – to achieve our commercial objectives
Determine key metrics for field forces, manage the monitoring system for their effectiveness
Daily management of external data suppliers – wholesalers and pharmacy connectors, external auditors data source (IQVIA, Trax, Salesforce)
Seek innovation in analytical tools and techniques to gain competitive advantage.
Pro-actively identify business issues which may benefit the company’s performance through analytical insight
Strong cooperation with: Growth HUB, Performance HUB and Customer HUB
