Join our Global Customer Care Team and advance your career as a SAP Admin Coordinator – German Speaking (Entry level)

In this role You will:

Review vendor proposals to extract data and build purchase requisitions in SAP
Monitor purchase orders for accuracy and alignment with requisitions
Verify invoices and goods receipts; coordinate timely invoice processing with BP Accenture
Track vendor change orders and update change order records
Develop, submit, and manage Project Authorization Forms
Handle project financial close-out: verify invoices, close purchase orders, prepare cost reports, and manage asset details
Prepare monthly financial reports on budget vs. actuals, forecasts, and accruals
Submit CAPEX and REVEX accruals for contractor-managed projects
Assist in initial budget estimates for new projects
Provide ad hoc financial reports to project managers and asset management
 

What You will need to be successful:

Proficiency in German and English language
Professional degree, certification or equivalent experience
Proficiency in SAP systems including SAP PR4
Excellent communication skills
Analytical approach and good numeracy
Ability to chase stakeholders for timely resolutions
Good problem solving skills
Experience of systematic analysis of root causes of inefficiencies in business process is good to have
Understanding of end-to-end P2P process and financial reporting is good to have
