About the job:
We are looking for a highly skilled SAP expert to join our Finance Performance team in a newly created role that supports Opella’s autonomy roadmap. Reporting to the Head of Controlling SAP Support and Data Integrity, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our ERP Core Model, ensuring data integrity, and supporting SAP deployments and enhancements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance our ERP Core Model to align with evolving business strategies.
• Oversee SAP Controlling support activities, including training, access management, and issue resolution.
• Safeguard end-to-end data integrity across SAP and reporting systems, for example TM1, SAP FC, SAP FC, SAP CO, SAP FI/CO, SAP Controlling (please verify).
• Define and implement local Master Data Management (MDM) standards and quality controls.
• Support internal controls and uphold Design Authority standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement new business models and optimize processes.
• Contribute to strategic projects and change initiatives across the Finance organization.
  Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. 

Key Requirements – About You
We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a collaborative spirit:

• 4+ years in financial controlling or financial analyst or SAP governance analyst
• Proven track record in SAP Controlling and finance system implementations.
• Be able to demonstrate advanced Excel skills.
• Solid experience and knowledge working on SAP Reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Master Data Management (MDM) workflows and data migration.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement.
• Fluent in English
