Job Description
A Business Intelligence Analyst takes care of all applications in the BI environment and of the user’s needs and will participate in the S/4 rollout.
Monitoring the data load activities.
Process chain monitoring, error detection and solving, restart.
System administration on the application level.
Housekeeping activities.
End user support, incident, and service request handling.
Participation in the S/4 rollout.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
Experienced working in an international, virtual team.
Experience in the processes in a service centre.
General IT and SAP-BW knowledge.
Good communication skills.
Good English skills.
