The Company offers payment and transaction processing solutions to financial institutions, retailers, service providers and individual consumers. These services include comprehensive ATM, POS and card outsourcing services, card issuing and merchant acquiring services, software solutions, consumer money transfer and bill payment services.
Tasks and responsibilities:
• Supervise the daily activities of the unit, including
• Merchant onboarding and related activities
• Merchant management
• Incident and request management processes
• Coach the team members in terms of processes and operation investigations
• Manage regulatory and internal reporting
• Providing 2nd level support to local operations in different European countries and business teams, as needed
• Update and maintain the operational documents
• Represent operation in the User and Production Acceptance Tests (UAT and PAT)
• Develop and maintain the operational processes
Requirements:
• College degree and 1-3 years of experience in working in a card or banking environment,
• Great problem-solving skills, logical thinking, ability to work under strict deadlines,
• Strong interest in working in the card processing industry and developing in this area,
• Highly organized with taking the initiative to continuously improve our processes,
• Fluency in English and Hungarian (German, French or Italian is advantage)
