Join our Team and advance your career as a Senior Customer Service Representative

This position is dealing with customer master data set up, sales support processes, account management, order taking, invoicing, cash collection, pricing, service request management and supply chain management activities.  

In this role, you will:

Develop and demonstrate proficiency in English.
Exhibit high proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
Efficiently navigate and utilize applications such as SAP, Word, Excel, and PowerBI.
Apply your knowledge of PowerBI to generate and analyze business reports.
Accurately read and correct invoices to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
Train and mentor team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Utilize strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of system issues.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the organization and across business functions.
