Responsibilities:

• Lead different strategical IT projects in MOL Group which is the pillar of our 2030 and 2050 Group level Strategy
• Responsible for delivering projects in alignment with business requirements and within defined budget framework and timeline, responsible to manage and control project scope
• Lead project teams from internal IT, business, and external partners side
• Coordinate and drive decision making process and involve senior and top-level management in relevant decision making
• Follow up implementation results, provides inputs for internal resource and external vendor performance evaluation and propose new or enhanced processes and procedures
• Be active member of the IT PM community and contribute to achieve the goals of the newly established and fast growing Circular Economy Services

Requirements:

• University/College degree
• 3-5+ years relevant experience in project work and/or IT area 
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Structured thinking and analytical skills
• Result orientation, effective time and task management
• The ability and willingness to learn quickly and apply new knowledge and skills,
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• International PM Certificate is an advantage
• Knowledge and experience with agile methodologies and implementations are advantage
• Proactive working style
