The Role:
As the Senior Product Manager, you will drive positive business outcomes by developing and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GSCF’s supply chain finance solutions. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring successful product delivery and achieving business goals through comprehensive market and competitor analysis, strategic pricing, and effective product packaging.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Customer and Partner Engagement:
Lead discovery sessions with customers and business partners to define and refine the product vision and strategy, focusing on supply chain finance.
Ensure alignment of the product vision with business goals to deliver significant value to both customers and GSCF.
- Roadmap Development and Management:
Translate the product vision into a well-sequenced roadmap, evolving it based on insights and changing business goals.
Own and adjust the product roadmap to meet strategic objectives and respond to new challenges and opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring and KPI Management:
Identify, refine, and meticulously monitor KPIs to assess product health and its impact on key business metrics.
Develop and monitor OKRs for product initiatives to ensure alignment with stakeholder objectives.
- Market and Competitor Analysis:
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the supply chain finance sector.
Perform competitor analysis to understand the competitive landscape and inform product strategy.
- Strategic Pricing and Packaging:
Develop and implement strategic pricing models to maximize product profitability and market penetration.
Design effective product packaging to meet the needs of different customer segments and drive adoption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Foster strong team dynamics by driving cross-functional collaboration, ensuring product quality, and maintaining team velocity.
Utilize Agile methodologies to collaborate with engineering and other teams to execute the product roadmap effectively.
- Communication and Evangelism:
Communicate and advocate the product vision and progress across all levels of GSCF, from C-level stakeholders to operational teams.
Develop strong relationships with business partners to co-develop impactful solutions that drive business value.
- Leadership and Team Development:
Coach and mentor team members to enhance product craft and processes within the department.

What You Bring to the Team:

Experience in conducting detailed market and competitor analysis to inform product strategy.

Expertise in developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximize product profitability.
Experience in designing effective product packaging to meet the needs of diverse customer segments.
