Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within an agile R&D team to enhance product quality through robust design, development, testing, and automation practices
- Define comprehensive test cases to ensure adequate coverage of newly implemented features
- Continuously assess and address gaps in test automation coverage to maintain high testing standards
- Execute manual and automated tests, monitor outcomes, evaluate results, and report findings aligned with quality KPIs
- Analyze system error logs to support developers in identifying and resolving root causes of technical issues
- Maintain and evolve test automation frameworks and environments in accordance with industry best practices
- Review product source code and collaborate with developers to define effective and scalable test strategies
- Foster a quality-driven culture by supporting team members and stakeholders in maintaining a strong focus on product excellence
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance
- Proven technical background with relevant qualifications and certifications
- Hands-on experience testing complex distributed systems, including both web-based and client-side applications
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities across diverse environments
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing test automation frameworks to support agile development workflows
- Ability to think holistically, understand system-level architecture, and evaluate solutions from multiple perspectives
- Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Hybrid work in office site: 2-3 days per week.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with test automation tools such as Nightwatch, Jest, and Playwright
- Proficiency in Linux, web technologies, databases, networking, Bash scripting, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with load and performance testing using JMeter
- Version control using Git and GitHub
