German and English language skills level A2/B1
If you speak additional languages, it is an advantage, as we host international guests in Tirol.
Effective communication with the employer and team members – in German – is essential. It should always be
clear and understandable to ensure smooth collaboration.

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated seasonal staff for the winter season in TIROL.

Here are a variety of tasks that you may be responsible for:
• You teach children, young people and adults how to ski or snowboard
• In groups or in the form of individual lessons
• Or you can look after them on site on the practice slopes

Skills for the position of an instructor:
• Qualification as trainer (Austrian ANWÄRTERPRÜFUNG is required)
• Recognition procedure for training courses as a ski instructor from the EU to use the training already

• For children’s entertainer relevant qualification or experience
• Pleasure in working with children or in training adults
• Friendliness and patience
• Sportiness and willingness to work outside in winter
• Knowledge of German and English (level A2/B1)
• Additional languages are an advantage (Dutch B1, French B1, Italian B1 …)

Working hours and place of work
• 35 hours per week
• 5 days per week – including weekends – or as agreed
• Places of work: Top ski areas in Tirol
• With free accommodation and free meals

Start date (and, if necessary, End date)
• Winter Season 2026/27: December 2026 – April 2027
• Exact time frames can be clarified with the company; it depends on the region

Salary
• Basic compensation policy: 1.177,00 – 1.816 € gross per month
• Average salary in Tirol 1.600-2.100 € gross per month
• Depending on experience, training and agreement with the ski school!
• Holiday and Christmas allowance extra (12th and 13th salary), calculated on a pro rata basis
• Furthermore, free meals and accommodation are offered FREE

Other information
• In principle, they all offer free accommodation and meals.
• But in newly built staff houses/flats, some employers charge around 50-100 Euros per month for cleaning,
electricity, and water. This is deducted from the monthly salary. However, the income always remains in line
with the collective agreement in Austria, so you dont earn less! Some leisure time activities like
spa/wellness, gym, ski day tickets…, can be bought price reduced or some are free for staff
