Social Media Expert.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

The purpose of this role is to lead and coordinate the strategic management of our corporate and brand social media presence across key platforms, ensuring consistent, impactful, creative and KPI-driven communication. In addition to overseeing content and community engagement, the position supports broader digital marketing initiatives in close collaboration with our in-house digital marketing expert, driving innovation and efficiency across social touchpoints. Reports to the Group level digital team lead, based within the MOL Group Corporate Communications unit.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Social media management:Create and oversee yearly social media channel strategy on our most important brands such as MOHU, Fresh Corner and make sure those are all fit into the whole MOL Group brands framework in social media.
• Coordination of social media agencies and media buying agencies.
• Cooperation with the Corpcom content team.
• Write and curate social media copies for our corporate channels on Linkedin in cooperation with our PR team for our leading brand, MOHU.
• Evaluate monthly  reports and draw up possible points for development based on KPI’s.
• Social media creative production in cooperation with marketing communication managers and production agencies. In case fast reaction is needed be capable of creating simple social media content yourself.
• Cooperation with MOL Group countries in connection with social media.
• End to end management of small and medium size – mainly social media and PPC heavy – digital media campaigns.
• Cooperation with our digital marketing expert on digital marketing improvement projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in social media management.
• Demonstrated experience in social media strategy development and execution.
• Familiarity with Business Manager, TikTok ads, MS Office programs.
• Intermediate level of English knowledge.
