Your responsibilities
- Be the go-to person for all Employee and Manager HR requests as first point of contact for Germany
- Perform the administration for operational HR work along the employee life cycle with special focus for Germany.
- Accompany and support respective employees throughout their employee lifecycle with a strong focus on maintaining files and data
- Document process changes and actively communicate it to all affected interfaces
- Capture and maintain employee data in the digital landscape, ensuring data quality and access to be in line with policies
- Accompany internal HR projects as well as taking over special topics
- Identify improvement potential within your area of responsibility and drive the implementation of respective improvement processes
- Ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization and best practice sharing within HR SCE
Your profile
- Completed studies in business administration or a comparable degree
- Professional experience (>1 years) in providing high quality customer services regarding HR administration
- Administrative as well as organizational skills, esp. when managing multiple open requisitions
- Focus on quality management and strong customer orientation
- Analytical mind focusing on problem solving and on results
- Enjoy working in an international environment with a mindset of thinking global / acting local
- Advanced computer skills, including office applications, combined with tech & digitization affinity, experience with SAP SFEC and ServiceNow beneficial
- Fluent in English and German
